Division celebrates Black History Month 2023

Eight of the month’s events celebrate the invaluable contributions that the African American community has made to the culture and history of the United States.

Carlton Hall, a cultural preservation specialist and historian in the Delaware State Historic Preservation Office was honored for his research into the state’s African-American history.
